Bulk Asset Status Transition
The Bulk Action History screen present the user with the ability to review an audit trail of all bulk transaction functionalities that have been carried out. Bulk functionality is carried out in the advanced search for some maintenance, assessment and asset processes.
To access this view, select 'Search' from the Navigation Sidebar and 'Bulk Action History' from the Navigation Dropdown.
This will produce the following view:
This view allows the user to view those bulk actions that are either 'in progress' or 'completed'. If the user wants to view a filtered view of those processes that were conducted they can select the options under the drop-down list for 'process type'.
Additionally for those events that occur with an error, the user is able to click on the 'error' hyperlink and download a csv file of what bulk functions were not processed.
